Graduation

So I’ve finally graduated from University! I am now the proud owner of a business degree from Ryerson University.  These past four years have been amazing, and I feel so accomplished to have graduated.  I definitely recommend doing a post-secondary degree; it gives you a great background in whatever field you’re interested in (or even a general program if you’re still not sure what path you’re on), as well as gives you some time after high school to decide what exactly you want to do with your life.  I know I’ve really grown as a person these last four years, and figured out what I’m in to.

In terms of outfit, I decided on a lovely coral dress with a tulip skirt- I found the colour to be very inspiring for summer.  I paired it with nude wedges and a floral clutch.  Luckily it was a beautiful summer day, and I had a blast.

Neons

One of my favourite fashion trends this summer is neon. Almost any store you go into definitely has some sort of neon; whether skirts, shorts, tops, accessories, etc. I personally love the neon yellow and pink, they’re just so fun for summer and hot weather!

If you’re feeling bold, you can pair your neon with another neon piece, or another vibrant colour.  If you’d prefer to keep it subtle, maybe for the office or for night, anchor the brightness down with black or a neutral tone, and add accessories.

New job?

I work part time at H&M, but I'm going for an interview for an internship with a tech company tomorrow.  It's for a marketing position, and I'd be working on their blog and other social media.  It would be great experience for me to have this job, and the company sounds really cool.  This is my interview outfit; office chic with the pants and top, and a splash of colour for June!
